Did you make a New Year’s Resolution? Achieving big goals can be hard and two people right now are in the Atlantic Ocean trying to reach theirs. HUB member Guy Rigby and David Murray are attempting to break the record for the oldest pair to row across the Atlantic. With a combined age of 124, they’re competing in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, hoping to make a successful East/West crossing in under 60 days. Their boat is called the Entrepreneur Ship – yes really – and they’re are now just over 1,400 nautical miles from Antigua having left La Gomera on 12th December. They have been rowing 2 hours on, 2 hours off, for 4 weeks now. Apart from rowing 3,000 miles, Guy and David are hoping to raise £1million for UnLtd’s social entrepreneurs. Their supporters include GEN UK and leading individuals and organisations from across the UK’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. You can follow them live on the YB Races app and catch updates here and on our social media. Support through https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/the-entrepreneur-ship
